Tiny House
Tiny houses are up to 4 m high from the ground. Often in such houses, in order to use the maximum area, additional mezzanines are created, on which bedrooms are placed. This solution allows you to use the remaining space to develop a living room with a kitchenette.
Our chassis are homologated, registered and treated as vehicles. Thanks to this, they can stand on any plot, without requiring a building permit or notification. GVW (permissible total weight) should not exceed 3.5 tons, this allows us to use the house as a larger caravan.
Tiny House are mobile homes built on an approved truck trailer, with external dimensions:
- 506cm x 250cm, wheels R13C/195/50, braking system 2700-3500 kg Knott (2-axles)
- 606cm x 250cm, wheels R13C/195/50, braking system 3500 kg Knott (2 – axles)
- 706cm x 250cm, wheels R13C/195/50, braking system 3500 kg Knott (3-axles)
- 806cm x 250cm, wheels R13C/195/50, braking system 3500 kg Knott (3 – axles)
